How to make Oats Banana Pancake:
1. Soak the rolled oats in hot water to make it soft. As oats tend to absorb the liquid and make the mixture thicker, this step will help your job easy.
2. Add in Milk, egg and vanilla essence in a blender. Blend till well combined.
3. Now add in the dry ingredients to the blender salt, sugar, oats, banana, baking powder and half of the wheat flour. Blend well. Add in the remaining wheat flour. Blend well to form a thick batter.
4. Transfer it to a bowl. Heat a griddle. Smear some oil. Once hot, add a laddle full of batter and pour on the griddle. Do not spread the batter. You can make 2-3 pancakes at a time.
5. Cover and cook till you hear the sound of the steam. Uncover, flip all the pancakes and let the other side also cook till brown. Take off and serve with maple syrup or honey and fruits of your choice.
