Beet Oats Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Beet Oats Smoothie Bowl is a super-healthy and delicious breakfast, which you can preferrably make during weekdays or on lazy weekends. Making a smoothie bowl is a good way to incorporate beetroot in your diet, especially if you have kids or adults which dislike it in any other form. Smoothie bowls are so much in trend and it made me try few combinations.
Making these smoothie bowls are so satisfying. As you can see, it requires

- Less time spend in the kitchen

How to make Beet Oats Smoothie Bowl:
1. Soak oats in hot water and keep aside.
2. Peel a medium sized beetroot and chop it roughly(if boiling) or you can grate it (if adding directly to blender).
3. Add all the ingredients; soaked oats, curd, jaggery, beetroot to the blender and blend it till smooth paste..
4. Transfer it to a serving bowl and top it with your favourite fruits and nuts.
Notes:
You can cook or roast the beetroot before grinding. However, roasting will make it sweeter.
