Prawns Roast Recipe | Naadan Konju Roast

Spicy Prawns Roast is one of every Malayalee's favourite. Prawn roasted in Indian spices and we Malayalees love making all our dishes in coconut oil, which gives a unique flavour. But not necessarily it is liked by everyone.

And ofcourse, all our roasted recipes will have some coconut chunks, which I love crunching on! Here, I didn't add, but you should definitely try adding it. Hoping that you will try this recipe for sure and tell me your experiance by commenting down below.
