Sweet Lassi Recipe | How to make sweet lassi

Sweet Lassiis a popular summer drink from Punjab. This smooth creamy summer cooler is hard to resist. A glass of lassi can be filling enough, makes it a mini meal itself. I remember, when in college days, this lassi served as a common meal when we were out of time. It was such a refreshing one.
Traditionally, it is prepared with a hand churner, churning continuously till its frothy. Now with modern kitchen tools, life has become so easy. Blend all together and you are good to go.


How to make sweet lassi:

  • I prefer using a hand mixer rather than a mixie. As mixie makes it watery in consistency.
  • If you want to use a mixie, remember to blend altogether by pulsing it once or twice. Not more than that.
  • Pour into glass and garnish with chopped nuts.
  • Here, I garnished with chia seeds.
