Aren’t these benefits enough to convince oneself to eat it in any form? Now coming to the recipe, today I’m sharing this very simple, easy, quick Beetroot Carrot Halwa. I wanted to use up a small beet and so I added carrot to make it enough for 2 people. You can use either carrot or beet instead of using both together. Loved the colour it gave it to the halwa, real dominating.
