Aren't these benefits enough to convince oneself to eat it in any form? Now coming to the recipe, today I'm sharing this very simple, easy, quick Beetroot Carrot Halwa. The two words quick and halwa are very contradictory :). Usually, if you are planning to make it in a very traditional way, it's going to take a lot of your time and constant attention.

There's when pressure cooker plays the role to make everything quick and easy. Here, I have used very few ingredients, not even khoya or condensed milk. I wanted to use up a small beet and so I added carrot to make it enough for 2 people. You can use either carrot or beet instead of using both together. Loved the colour it gave it to the halwa, real dominating.
