Easy, healthy and homemade Chicken Shawarma wrapped in a flat bread and served with some tahini sauce makes up a perfect snack or light dinner.

Chicken Shawarmais a popular middle-eastern food. When I first saw how it was made in restaurants, I never thought it can be prepared at home easily.

Basically it is marinated boneless chicken stacked on a vertical rotisserie or spit, slow roasted and served as and when required. While making this at home, we don't require a spit, a simple pan fry or grilling will do the job. It is so simple to prepare and easy to assemble everything. Here I have used a basic mayonnaise for the sauce, but you can use Ranch dressing also, it tastes so yum!

So, do try and let me know how it turned out for you. And if you like it, do share it with your family and friends.
