How to make Chocolate Peda with step by step instructions:

Heat the Khoya( I have used here milky mist) and sugar on medium flame till sugar is fully melted.
Add a tsp of ghee ( not more than that) and unsweetened cocoa powder.
Mix everything well till it forms lumps and start separating from the pan. This process will take 6-7 minutes.
Switch off the flame and take it out in a bowl to cool down. Once its warm, mix once well using a spoon to get a smooth texture. By this time, it must have cooled completely. Now, start making small balls to shape like peda and enjoy!

Garnish it with some chopped nuts of your choice. You can even add chopped nuts along with cocoa powder while cooking.
